okbef Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and okbef ("okbef," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the okbef online gaming platform accessible at okbef.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or register on the Platform and continue in force for the duration of your membership.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the okbef Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail solely with respect to the subject matter of that promotion.

okbef reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Access to and use of the okbef Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is a strict legal prerequisite under Philippine law governing participation in online casino gaming and sports betting. okbef enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by you on the okbef Platform or notified to okbef by a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

okbef reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage of the registration process or during the course of your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by okbef may result in suspension or termination of your account.

okbef strictly prohibits the registration or use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately terminated, all funds deposited to that account will be returned to the payment source after deducting any transaction costs, and all winnings generated from gameplay on that account will be forfeited in their entirety.

Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to maintain only one active account on the okbef Platform. If okbef identifies that a Member holds more than one account, whether registered under the same or different personal details, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. okbef reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances derived from duplicate registration, including bonuses, free bets, and winnings generated while operating multiple accounts.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbef account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbef will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify okbef immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Currency. okbef accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and game balances are displayed in PHP unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be designated as inactive. okbef may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances as notified to the Member at the time the account is classified as inactive. Members may reactivate inactive accounts by logging in and verifying their identity in accordance with okbef's then-current KYC requirements.

Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your okbef account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to processing an account closure request, okbef may require identity verification and will settle any pending bets or transactions. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method following deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.

Accepted Payment Methods. okbef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your okbef account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the sending institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.

Withdrawal Processing. okbef targets withdrawal processing times as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Under 30 seconds for verified accounts with no pending compliance review.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: Within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency: Within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on network congestion at the time of processing.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. Completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing. Members who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds from their okbef account. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine photo ID and, where requested, proof of address and source of funds documentation.

Withdrawal to Source. okbef operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. Funds deposited via a specific payment method must, where technically possible, be returned to that same payment source. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Transaction Fees. okbef does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks are the responsibility of the Member and may be deducted from transaction amounts by the relevant third party.

okbef offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and Reserve Club VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse. okbef monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any pattern of play that okbef determines was designed to extract value from promotions rather than for genuine recreational gaming purposes.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to expiry periods as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be removed from a Member's account upon expiry without compensation.

Reserve Club VIP Programme. Participation in the okbef Reserve Club is subject to eligibility criteria determined at okbef's discretion. okbef reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit structures, and programme terms at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected Members.

Game Rules. Each game available on the okbef Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that game.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, okbef reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, those winnings will not be paid. okbef's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round, based on server-side records, shall be final and binding.

Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by okbef at its absolute discretion. okbef reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on sports events are accepted subject to the okbef Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be modified by okbef at any time without prior notice, including on an individual account basis where okbef determines this to be appropriate.

Result Finality. Once a game round has concluded or a sports event has been settled in accordance with the applicable rules, the result is final and no amendments will be made except in cases of manifest error as determined by okbef in its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbef Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one okbef account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith; or any other form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any multi-player game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, as determined by okbef.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple markets or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is determined by okbef to constitute exploitation of pricing errors.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, text, and other intellectual property available on the okbef Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of okbef or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

okbef grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your legitimate participation in games and betting on the Platform. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content.

You must not use any okbef trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without okbef's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of okbef's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

No Warranty. The okbef Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbef makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbef's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any game or bet placed on the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okbef account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss. okbef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if okbef has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Force Majeure. okbef shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond okbef's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government action, or cyber-attacks.

okbef is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The okbef Platform incorporates a suite of responsible gaming tools that Members are encouraged to use proactively to manage their gaming activity.

Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in to or place bets on your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Members under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. okbef will not knowingly provide gaming services to minors and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under the mandatory age requirement.

Suspension by okbef. okbef reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, are engaged in prohibited activities, or where suspension is required for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes. During suspension, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets, or request withdrawals. okbef will endeavour to notify you of the suspension and its grounds as soon as practicable, subject to any legal or compliance constraints.

Termination by okbef. Following investigation of a suspended account, okbef may elect to permanently terminate the account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, okbef reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of the terminated account, including deposited funds and winnings, where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the breach established.

Termination by Member. You may terminate your okbef account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following settlement of all pending transactions. Any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

okbef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, okbef will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to existing Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notification on the Platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Members, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the okbef Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible at okbef.net/terms-conditions.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the okbef Platform, you are encouraged to contact the okbef support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. okbef will make reasonable efforts to resolve all genuine Member complaints promptly and fairly.

Jurisdiction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Complaints Procedure. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the okbef support team. okbef will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, okbef will provide a status update within the fourteen-day period.
